Landmark Visitation
Objective: To enrich the children’s knowledge of our historical sites. The visitation will also refresh their minds.
Success criteria: The children will know about the historical backgrounds of the landmarks.
Training: The caretaker will discuss the historical backgrounds of the landmark and its importance in our history. The caretaker will arrange the transportation and food for the day-long visitation. Possible landmarks for visitation- Ahsan Manjil (Friday 3-8 pm, Saturday-Wednesday 10:30- 5:30), Lalbagh Fort(Monday- Saturday- 9-5, Friday 9-12:30. 2-5), Panam City Visiting (April-September): (Monday 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm, TuesdaySaturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm), Panam City (October-March): (Monday 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm, Tuesday- Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm), Bangladesh Folk Art & Craft Foundation (Friday -Tuesday 9-5)
Time needed: one day.
