Celebrating National Children’s Day 2023
Bangladesh celebrates the National Children’s Day on 17th March every year, along with the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. This day is celebrated to bring more attention to the over-all well being of the children and ensuring their rights.
Several activities such as, cultural programs, sports and other competitions are held where the children can participate and enjoy. We also celebrated the day with our sponsored children in Dhaka. We held various games like pillow passing, blind man’s buff, naming fruits and flowers, etc. Our sponsored children who are from outside Dhaka also celebrated the day with drawing and playing games with children in their neighborhood.
