Fire Safety Awareness Program
Fire accidents are usually pretty dangerous in themselves. But when it occurs in crammed areas like slums, it has a disastrous effect. There have been several fire incidents in slum areas in Bangladesh over the past decade, leaving many dead and thousands homeless. Any initiative to minimize such incidents in the future will become futile if the people are not cautious. So, it is necessary to increase awareness about the causes of fire accidents and the safety measure that should be followed among the dwellers of these areas.
Our Sponsored children participated in the fire safety awareness program and helped spread awareness in their neighborhood. We hope that it will help the people to avoid fire accidents and be safe during such situation if it does occur.
