As the final exams draw near, this time of year becomes especially important for the children we support. To ensure they are on track and receiving the guidance they need, our caretakers recently carried out school visits both in person and over the phone, depending on where the children live.
For the children studying in Dhaka, our caretakers visited their schools to get a clear picture of their attendance, performance, and overall preparation for the upcoming exams. They sat down with teachers to discuss how the students have been coping with classes, whether they are participating regularly, and if they need any additional support. The teachers, as always, were extremely welcoming and cooperative. Their insights were valuable, and their dedication to the children’s progress is something we truly appreciate. The visit was fruitful, giving us confidence that the kids are moving forward with good guidance and encouragement.
For the children studying outside Dhaka, distance didn’t stop us from staying connected. Our caretakers contacted their teachers by phone to gather updates on attendance, class performance, and exam readiness. The teachers kindly shared detailed feedback, giving us a clear understanding of how the students are doing in their schools. These phone conversations were just as meaningful as in-person visits.
As we move closer to exam season, we are proud of the children’s efforts and grateful to all the teachers who continue to work hand-in-hand with us.
