International Mother Language Day Celebration
Mother Language Day and National Martyrs' Day is observed to remember
and to show respect to those who sacrificed their lives for the
Bengali language. This day is now observed worldwide as International
Mother Language Day to promote awareness of linguistic diversity.
Our sponsored children observed the day with our team. They showed
their respects to the martyrs by giving flowers at Shahid Minar
(monument to commemorate the martyrs of the language movement).
